Wessel
Piero
Piero was born in Italy and after having lived in several countries while growing up, including the Netherlands, Belgium and Uganda, he is now established in beautiful Tuscany.
His career began as part of the meetings and events team of a medial philanthropic association in 2014. In time, he has built solid experience in all facets of the MICE industry, covering multiple roles within the organization. He enjoys using his expertise in events organization, online education and webinar management in order to propel innovative and sustainable solutions in our ever-evolving world.
Learning new languages is something that has accompanied Piero through most of his life, he is fluent in Italian, English and French and has good knowledge of Spanish.
In his leisure time, he enjoys taking his children to new places, playing sports and cooking.
Graduating from the Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow last summer is Matthew, the latest member of New Way Management. Having lived in 8 different countries, his passion for knowledge and learning about cultures are apparent.
With a fresh mindset within the profesional world, he still has much to learn but his enthusiasm and good intentions are clear. He is responsible for ensuring the smoothest coworking experience in our new office and will also be in charge of supporting the team with registrations.
Matthew
Malou
Malou, originally Dutch, obtained her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the reputed Hotel Management School Maastricht in 2005.
After having obtained her degree she moved to Brussels to start her career in one of the leading Association and Event Management Companies to focus on the organization of corporate meetings all over the world. Within this company she developed her career and expanded her experience to different roles and functions as well as to scientific congress management. She has worked for a wide range of corporate clients and associations in professional, mostly scientific sectors.
Her international experience and expertise and interest in multi-cultural business environments brought her back to her current job; organizing a variety of (medical) scientific congresses and educational programs for not-for-profit organisations all around the world.
Malou is fluent in Dutch (mother tongue), English and German.
